working culture good, engineering management supportive, senior behavior good with juniors.

Dislikes

Financial Growth zero, no salary- hike more than 4 percent, no other facilities such as medical, bonus incentives, company sell own product like air purifier to own employees force fully. If employee deny to buy the product than employee have to be left the job . HR department is fully froud.

Management and office colleagues are very polite and cooperative. Overall a good company to work with them.

Dislikes

The employees are not being given the facilities, promotions and salary benefits as per the growth that the company has achieved in the last 10 years. Despite the work pressure being less, the only holiday is on Sunday.

Some of old employee sitting in the senior position and they done masters in slavery of Lala, And Lala doesn't interfere their dicision, No Job security No incriment No HR policy only Lala policy No Job future 5 mins late and they deducted half day of salary without informing us,

Very Good Company to work, learn and grow. Top management values their employees and job is secured so employess can focus on only work. MD & Chairman is a very kind hearted and pure soul with god gifted talent who not only know how to grown in just a short span of 5 years, but also provides a shelter to a lot of cows in gaoushala. As this is run by PHD holder owner, so education is always honoured by the company. Once, you get onboard / hired you will feel yourself from your inner soul to work with integrety and loyality to do something good for the company. Dislikes

Not as such because though turnover is low as compared to DENSO , Samsung, LG but it's work culture and system mannual is as good as like the big MNCs. Anyways, it's a growing turnover company with a lot of plants in Noida and baddi. This is opening 1 new plant every year.
