Good work environment. Teammates are supportive but the management is discriminate. They like only the people who make CHAMCHAGIRI. Company facing financial crises due to covid-19 pandemic, so company forcefully take resignation from staff.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary hike is very low and career growth is also slow. Value of staff members is less than workers.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but my boss is so supportive. I learn everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
