Ample opportunity to growth, very very employee friendly almost like a family, fast growing, employee friendly HR policies, first company to introduce keyman insurance for key employees which is otherwise provided to Director of companies only, amazing culture and yes clear work from home policies, good place to learn and grow and above all top management follows servant leadership style.

I have been working here for the last 5 months. Although I'm new I never felt unwanted. My colleagues have always giddied me and supported me whenever I needed help. one more interesting thing is that we get delicious lunch and evening snacks everyday provided by our company.

A lots of things to like: 1. Everyday lunch at office, also evening snacks. 2. On time salary, I am loving this. 3. No office politics. 4. Work from home 5. Employee welfare.

There are some concern regarding the salary increment is not satisfactory since last 16 moonths.

I am a full Stack Software Developer on this company and I joined on 2019 on that time I am still doing my clg but still they give me the job without seeing my clg degree and after that I joined and learn a lot from this company. Best thing which I feel for this company is that it has full family atmosphere you don't feel that you are working for a company it feels like its your home and the employees are your family members. I dont know if any other company also provide this type of atmosphere or not. You got an opportunity to learn new things and new technology from the company and also the salary hike is happened in a frequent way.
