It's not a retail organisation. They will hire you, put you under OJT, take all practices and feedback from you and within 3 months will throw you away. That's there culture. If you want to ruin your career just join this organisation. This organisation will make you feel how good your last job was. Be careful, this is not an organisation, this is a scam. You should be be best at playing politics if you want to survive here for 6 months. They will put you in one flop store stating it's your training and then will expect you to do 4 times of the normal sale of that store and if you fail to do so then they will remove you. Only if you are joining on sale staff level it is little safe but if you are joining them as cluster manager or state head or sales and operations head then your expiry is just 3 months in this organisation. They will ensure that they squeeze off all information you have and then throw you away...Read More

Each and everything comes under dislikes 1. Worst Management No one knows anything. 2. No job security, you can not be sure if tomorrow your job will be there or not. Anytime without any reason anyone can sac you 3. 10.30 hrs is the official duty hours, unofficial is of no limit. They don't bother about Indian labour law. 4. You even can't expect any help from HR also as they also don't know if there job will be there or not on tomorrow 5. Product quality and service is the worst. Only 5 service person for whole state. But management not ready to invest more for staff. 6. Since company believe is hire and fire method so they keep back up Manager in same store. So that 2nd one can handle after first one. Same thing happened for me. I will highly recommend for job seeker not to go with this company even if you are jobless....Read More

Lots of dislikes, In 10 years of my career this is the worst company I worked for. These people are only there to ruin the career of the people. They hire for manager role and put in one store for 2 months and ask you for turn around the store which didn't happened past 2 years. No support from management. No job security. Worst management.
