The company value is extremely good.The top management is very cooperative and understanding, and maintains good relationship with employees.

*Compensation is very bad. There is a lot of disparity in salary. People are not paid fairly. *Promotional policy has no meaning. It is baised. * Few people in the company having good terms with the management are actually toxicating the work culture. And management has no clue.

They don't care How far from you came for work. You won't get mobile(your phone) from Security guards more than twice even urgent / important call is waiting for you. 6) Sallary expansion is not more than 1000 Rs. 7) For Company roll should take more than 2yr. And not Good For Parmanant job. 8) You don't get respect even from the Security Guard because your importance aren't more than Guards In this company....Read More
