Its a Greenfiled project and overall experience was superb. I was join as a trainee and now i am account executive..

Dislikes

Its project face so we can say that its tough job and working 11 to 12 hours daily.

Its not intrested but organisation select me as a trusted people for the work so that i am doing work honestly 12 hours incliding travelling

The only that made me stay here were my team mates. They were supportive all the time.. Another point that made me stay here was its location..Being my home town I prefered this company.

Dislikes

The pay here is terribly low as compared to the burden of work..Moreover has no justification for appraisals.. its all internal politics and only senior management gets good hikes.. for executives company always have low budget..

Initialy it was good..I use to do NON RM(Raw material) along with Fixed asset capitalization but then slowly more work was alloted to me without any salary hike..

The company give a good platform for freshers to adopt latest working procedure. Company's working parameter is good. And one of the most important things i.e. company organise various type of training session for skills development.

Dislikes

In RSPL mainly poor point is low salary & appraisal procedure very very disappointing.
