It was incredible work experience at Rubrik, I've been with RUBRIK for almost an year and had really met some amazing people and flexibility of transforming your careers choosing the paths you'd like to go with. By this though I'm into customer success team I found it really amazing to see people transform into the roles which they shows more interest and passion, this company gives you that opportunity and encourages you. Its so refreshing to watch your CEO sharing his journey and partying with you for every 6 months atleast is so refreshing and the ethics and moral values that the company share reflects in the management style....Read More

Nothing really, its the best place to work. However I had to leave due to the location constraints. I planned for a long term but I had to move back to Hyderabad to live with my family thats the only reason for me to resign.
