-Discrimination of salary within the the team -No justice for low paid employees vs the newly hired high paid brats -Director is very grudgeful and hold grudges against people who speak other then his language -Poor promises on incentives for people who ensure the team targets are met -SaaS company with culture of a BPO -work life balance is not there as the HC is low and the management is not hiring anyone to save money -blame game on teams to showcase personal growth...Read More
