Ver bad politics in IT DEPT by Sr.IT -MANAGER. Never appreciates to the junior IT team members, who are working for him. very complex mentality. NO IT VP stay there more then 1 year.He always doing oiling to the Managements to secure his chair since last 10 yrs. HR policy is not good. always ready to cut your salary.
