Good work life balance depending on project to project. Company doesn't believe in hire and fire and does try to find project honestly if a project ends. Salary offered at the start will be competitive but through years of appraisal it may not match market standard.

Dislikes

There are huge changes in leadership in last couple of months. With external investment comming in you may see new names in leadership chain. Appraisal cycle can be delayed sometime. You will not have much to say in appraisal percentage and will have to accept it and go forward. Onsite opportunities are there but as usual there could be long waiting list and if project ends or project's manager or leads change then all of your hard work may go unnoticed....Read More

Only Good point to be considered at Saama is working remotely and flexible time apart from there's nothing which one should consider

Frequent changes in Higher management including CEO, lack of internal communications, no promotion : hardly 50 promotions in past 3 years whereas overall headcount is 1500. Lot's of issues in products which is leading to exit of clients, number of new client onboarding is merely 1/2%. No internal trainings for growth of employees. Your work credit will go to manager. They hire and fire at will without proper communication. On job portals they will post openings and for same role they will remove or move an employee to bench....Read More

Lot of things we can say about saama, first of all they didn't maintain anything properly. No work life balance here they will expect us to work any time even the weekend. Simply I can say they won't support you. Their workflow and culture we can't adapt at the end of the day you feel like will be in school.

No job security, they tell us that we don't have any suitable project for you and then they give you layoff and tell us to search for new job. And also they hire new employees and give layoffs to old employees, this is the way they treat their employees. In spite of working so hard and working for almost 2.7 years for the company at the end you get this.
