the university started deducting our salary at the start of march 2020 and didnt give us any benefits, such as transportation, canteen, even a joining letter. yet we were expect to arrive early and leave late despite salary cuts and lockdown to a far end of the city in our own vehicles. we were also expected to sell their flats and also bring them students but any academic development tasks were not entertained. they have no policy of female employee safety and no insurance or pf facility, had to even beg to issue me a n experience certificate....Read More
