Being a multi-speciality hospital and it is well connected,it is near to the station exactly opposite to the railway station.

Dislikes

Job security,work culture, increment, package which they offer is not good according to the job role,no work life balance,rotational shift timings which takes heavy toll one's health.

Salary come in the exact date as mentioned in the policy. It comes every 30/31st of month. Cleanliness of organisations is really good. It hadly takes a few minutes to reach the organisation. The building looks very beautiful and it's like a five star hotel.

Dislikes

Since three years no salary hike only work load is increased due to COVID 19. On the contrary COVID 19 has passed away but still no hike in salary since 2019

Almost everything ,hostel is very unhygenic rats are uncountable in hostel ,poor food And the warden will change your room continously based on her wish , you have to pack everything and and to change room many times , one room contain 8 people Work life is very pathetic ,some team leaders are very torturing and sadistic in nature ,will shout loudly and the whole ward will shake..patients also get irritated by this.. In ICU you have to work for 18 hrs or 14 hrs based on shift ..eg: if your going for evening they will ask you to do night duty also so that you have to work from 2pm to next day 8 am . If you are going for morning duty they ask you to do evening also ,so you have to work from morning 7am to night 9pm<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Salary they offer is good but many times they will cut good amount </mark> They are keeping pf in there account and will not give back to you unless you work for 1.5 yrs there..if you resign before they will take all the pf and also you have to pay a huge amount to get your certificates back ..that include all your sslc ,12 th, nursing certificates everything.. And many other negatives are there i cant write everything in detail ..so please think wisely before going there...Read More
