You can walk in at any time, and we shall provide the proof of all promotions done so far in the company, overtime paid, special project incentives, and list of employees who have grown to managerial levels. It is quite possible that you did not get promotion beyond senior medical coder but it is not right to claim that there is no overtime, reimbursement of AAPC certificate cost once a year, free medical insurance, free accident insurance, special incentive schemes, etc.

If you are comparing it with any other remote services providing scribing company, then we believe we are transparent and on par.
