Late time work till 11pm in 4 days per week Job insecurity they will terminate you whenever thay want just give you 20 days notice period without any discussion Some of the projects are stopped in other languages but they terminated the person who’s salary are little high

There is no such thing to like this company.

Dislikes

They over hire people they don't have good projects.There is no learning. They will move you from one project to another project and lastly they will point out your performance is not up to the mark and ask for your resignation.Region wise discrimination is there is you are outside from gujrat they will treat you as outsider.
