My overall impression is positive. Compensation is good. Freshers are being hired right now and necessary training is provided. There are no limitations to learning. I have a great boss who is highly professional and from whom I'm learning a lot. I'd want to add that the sharper we are, the faster we can execute our tasks, and our work life balance is assured.
