No body stops you to learn, good experience seniors are there who share there knowledge and experience.

Company is not doing micro management which is good but few people are taking full advantage of that whenever they want they will log in and log out no body cares for simple few hours of work they are taking weeks to complete which will impact company in later stages, also there is no proper workflow for anything, increments get delayed, reimbursement will take sometime 2 months of time and many more flaws can't list it out....Read More
