Work life balance is very poor, they expect to be available through out your day and night. No job security, manager set the target to remove employees giving false feedback. Toxic environment. Even after giving all your time and energy they never get satisfied. You are still at risk.

No job security Very less number of projects No professional and career growth Horrible managers and management Big names in HR,managers but no knowledge of any professional ettiquetes or exit or any company process Company saves money by delaying payments, benefits, firing employees in probation period itself just before when the bonus is just about to be given to them. RSUs company keep with it till one year and before that only most employees are either fired or asked to voluntarily resign otherwise they will provide termination letter No support in case of medical emergency. No humanitarian principles follow. Bolte hai na"Naam bade aur darshan chote" Recommend not to join this company whether as fresher, middle level or as experienced because there is no career growth and you are always in firing zone by dominant egoistic proudy managers. Hire and Fire culture. Servicenow has a its own tech which is specific to Servicenow, so not of much use outside. Application is monolithic. You may not get opportunity to work on latest technologies.
