No appreciation for the work, no increment based on your performance, different rules for different people. Work ethics is not followed by few of leading seniors. Salary is always delayed by three months and worst part is company always tries not to credit your earned money (PF withheld amount, holiday amount, etc). Also, response from the company HR and account department never replies to your emails regarding your salary, document issues.
