Nothing to like. Toxic environment.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad . There is no growth unless you are having good relations with the boss. There is no learning. You have to fend for yourself nobody will help you out. Nobody notices when you work late hours but will point out of you are going right on time. Full of egoistic Managers. I would not recommend anyone to work in Shahi.

Job security is there and for women maternity benifits are good.

Dislikes

The work culture is very toxic. I am part of the Business intelligence team and have experienced a very toxic atmosphere. There are 2 seniors in our team, they keep all the information to themselves and when we make mistakes they point it out. The training is very bad, nobody gives you proper guidance. This has been one of the worstwork culture that I have been a part of till now. There is no growth. The people in top will remain there and they won't give anyone an opportunity to learn or grow with them....Read More

Work environment is good, company is good and has a good name and fame in the market. But Not employees oriented top management is least bothered about lower and mid level staff.

Dislikes

No increments on time and is not fixed it will get delayed every time one has to wait till November for increments amount which is horrible, no incentives for office staff, no other benefits, anybody don't have a choice can work but not for career growth. Corporate HR is like for name sack no power to attend grievances, harrasment nothing useless.
