Only Working with the employees is good and for employees the benefits and the cultural activities, recreational activities.

Dislikes

The Management is worst mainly HR- GM is the worst. Having years and years of experience in the field still doesn't know how to handle the people/team. And for HR work pressure very high mainly to welfare officers. even they ask you to work on Sundays' (If employees are working). Never got Saturday off's. There is no much exposure to Welfare Officer there. they will treat you like nothing.
