At SPRL we feel like working at a very familiar place. Management supports in overall development of employees moreover management developed a culture where employees feels that SPRL is their family and use to call it Shriram Parivar.

Dislikes

Some outside contractors are not treating well their employees working in SPRL. Management should make a policy for Contractor's employees.
