The German side of the company is VERY good. The German culture is one of the best. Policies are decent. Salary hikes are good depending on the project you are in.

Dislikes

The Indian management is little bad and outdated thinking. Could be better. Many project managers are really not capable of handling people. When there are issues the team members are supposed to handle it, but when there are praises from German partners the manager will be there to take credits. If you are starting your career, won't prefer to start here. But if you are experienced this could be a good company....Read More

Pre-covid days work-life balance was very nice. But slowly during the WFH it has got spoiled.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Siemens as a brand one of fantastic to work with, you have job security, good brand value and if you are with right team and manager you can grow also in your career

Dislikes

Siemens India is very good brand, only problem is lies within certain team where pe work like govt office. As a IT company we need to be agile, avoid Yes sir culture and promote & encourage young ppl. Its not organization issue, it's leadership issue.
