Almost everything. One of the worst places to work at. I don't know about rest of the departments but if you're a writer under CIOReview in this organization you are going to have a hard time. They don't pay you the CTC (you need to work in a target oriented pattern), they force you to meet unachievable targets where half of your things won't be complete because of slow or unorganised editing processes. You have to pay monetary fines for not meeting deadlines, you can't have enough breaks even if you need it as a creative writer. Getting up from your seat and talking to a colleague can put you in trouble. And there's no hope for professional growth. There's no point of working here....Read More

Everything. Horrible work culture. Whether u opt for dayshift or night shift, there is little to no regard for mental health. Managing editors who will kick you out when you are no longer a yes man. There are also rumors floating about how people who don't know English can retain their jobs as writers if they manage to 'satisfy' their narcissistic managers. Don't ever choose this company unless u r in immediate need for employment and it's ur last resort. You won't learn anything, everything is fake, the magazine doesn’t even exist.
