No hike,less salary,no on time salary, internal politics,no job security

Internal politics, even team & management not aware of current project but they are always blaming us for unwanted things and there is no support for hardwork people, no job security.if someone relieved from our team they won't recruit manpower and they will give work burden without hike.if some escalation will happen management blaming us for no resaon but they are not ready to ask our queries and work challenges, without engineers how we can assign engineers to field? They will provide hike for only their internal politics people....Read More

Work Details

I love my work but team is not supported and they are not ready to ask our work challenges.i was asked manpower to my team but management was ordered me to recruit manpower to my team.if I recruit manpower they won't provide salary as per him/her wish

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
