Pre and post covid our job security were there ,we also got appraisal during covid period and work culture is good .We have helping seniors with great support

I only dislike that we need to work on 1st 4th and 5th Saturdays

The work culture in the retail store is a whole different experience than any MNC for what any person applying to the job would think as being associated with Asian paints. The worst point is there is no employee benefits from the company even for the holidays. one has to struggle for there weekly holidays and there is no peace of mind as in a retail store there <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Involvement of manger is lesser then expected and a hope for promotion is hardly visible</mark>. one must come prepared here that if unheard in the policies or the interview or the training, that one has to perform on target based areas please know if no target achieved ,the possibility of losing your job is in the list. it is the most insecure job.May be in the HO front it might be a different case....Read More

Training manager Ankita,kaushik is very helpful and friendly by nature Job is secure in slee, appraisal is happen according to company rules

My colleagued are very helpful snd friendly by nature.Sometimes the work load is very high and many s days I have for 10 to 12 hrs also.Being an employee at sleek I do not get any appreciation from from upperlevels.
