They constantly monitor your activity. Once you receive your laptop, they install a tracking software to log the time you spend on working. However there's a catch: if you frequently don't press the keys or move the mouse, they assume you're not working. If you type quickly that tracking software also notices that and that's again ared flag in the company. There is no health insurance policy offered. They have a highly ineffective customer success department whose role is to liaise between you and the client. They should understand the customer's expectations, but often they don't. They have no clue about the client's thinking. And they will fire you for some nonsense reasons. All of there clients are based in the UK your shift starts at 1:30 PM during the summers and in winters since UK has daylight saving then your shift starts at 2:30 PM....Read More

Salary on time , weekend off ,permanenet work from home so you will pay for your electricity, etc bills Joining bonus and medical insurance

Leave policy is not the best as client have different calender , no promotion or industry standard hike , no recognition even if work at full potential no upskilling opportunities
