The only thing i liked there is yearly once they will take to a resort for a function, otherwise nothing good about that company full of politics

There is lots of internal politics which will not be known. Salary increment and appraisal is a waste full of dramas they given hikes only for people who they like. The management will never listen to your problems. HR team is a waste nothing they are doing about employee problems. They will only listen to the management and take noactions against employees welfare and retention. There will be lots of pressure in working. They will fully suck your work and pay you only little salary and no appraisal also....Read More
