There is job security , flexiblity and the work load and pressure from higher ups isn't much and they also give u the notes which are made by the heads of the department which is very useful and helps me in my teaching

Dislikes

Then salary hasn't increased much and promotions are not usually given so there is less opportunity to grow here

Nothing! They treat their staff horribly with constant threats of expelling teachers for no reason.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work for them 24/7 even after the school is over they don't let you go home and make you work extra hours for no extra pay. They also make you work at home by forcing you to take exam sheets to home and check them from there and scream at you if not checked5e4;">. There's also no job security as this so called head teacher named "Avinash" thinks of himself as the boss and threatens every teacher that they will be expelled if not following his unreasonable and impossible orders</mark>....Read More
