The way they lie about their company the time of hiring. Even more experienced will believe those words are true.

Pure politics from top to bottom. If you are person who respect the work ethics, professionalism this is not the right place. They just see their resources as same as their assets like computer. No respect for honesty and if you talk employees friendly that's is the day you comes into their radar. Even though you may have done huge contributions for company at the time of leaving they will show their true colors. You will feel like working in garments company rather than IT. HR team is Fabolous in keeping the employees life miserable. They don't even that outside world is different.
