For learning perspective, it is very good. They have good clients. Working in Mr. Anurag Rastogi team is quite rewarding from career point of view. Keep a horizon of 1 to 1.5 year and learn as much as possible.

Dislikes

Except learning everything. You have to bother about leaves, date of salary getting credited, laptop, IT help, HR, everything. Culture of working overnight. SSKM is not a paying firm. Compensation and growth opportunities is very very limited in SSKM. HR has no role w.r.t appraisal system and growth of employees. Parner is the king in SSKM. You have to chase him for each matter wrt to appraisal, growth, compensation structure etc. There is no policy of doing appraisals. Partner does appraisal (that with very less %) only when employee approaches to him one to one....Read More

Work life at SSKM had always been good when compared from Big Four firms. You can easily take leaves and can leave early if there is any personal work. All you have to manage the work in such situations. That’s it.
