Slow Growth rate of salary structure. Also no training for freshers, individual has to get trained from their immediate seniors

My Job role was to attend new clients and understand their system of working and accordingly we have top audit the entire process whether followed as per norms or not and also to find the flaws in the entire chain of management cycle.

SSKM is not a paying firm. Compensation and growth opportunities is very very limited in SSKM. HR has no role w.r.t appraisal system and growth of employees. Parner is the king in SSKM. You have to chase him for each matter wrt to appraisal, growth, compensation structure etc. There is no policy of doing appraisals. Partner does appraisal (that with very less %) only when employee approaches to him one to one....Read More

Work Details

Work life at SSKM had always been good when compared from Big Four firms. You can easily take leaves and can leave early if there is any personal work. All you have to manage the work in such situations. That’s it.
