1) Office infrastructure is excellent. 2) Salary on time. However in some cases it also get delayed due to inefficiency of HR department.

Complete favoritism & partiality culture. Even company's policy is not been equal for all. At once they will say that promotion is only due once you spend 3 years in the company on the other hand promotion is being given to favourite employee who have spent less than 1.5 years. This is a first company, I came across where HOD's aremore concerned about their own appraisal rather than their subordinates.
