Likes: It’s the best company to start your career. Work environment is good as comparision to other companies.
Dislikes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">Only thing I do not like is the salary structure</mark>. New hires are getting paid good while vintage employees who deserves more are getting less.

Likes: Management is good specially for women. You get leaves , cabs meal , snacks. L
Dislikes: Politics is there. I worked for Group retirement service team and there was a lot of politics within the department. Biasness , favourtism was on peak. My tl was a lady and she is very rude and annoying<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The incriment and salary structure is average</mark>.
Likes: Overall it is a good organization to work at as it provides good facilities. 
Dislikes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">But the salary and incentives are on the lower side </mark>.
