The work life balance in SBS is exceptional. Also it is of great use to those who pursue professional courses. Not many companies provide these opportunities. Also the frequent conducting of any festivals or functions to encourage the work environment of the employees is to be appreciated as well.

Dislikes

One of the primary concerns of individuals is the compensation structure. It is changed frequently to suit the requirement of the company. Also the package is comparatively low when compared to other similar firms.
