Freshers are forced to pay 1.5 lakh during onboarding with fake promises of training mentorship client project and career growth in reality ,you are handed you tube videos and labeled poor performing if you ask questions No mentorship no real work no refund ,rajkumar old man so called ceo founder sends messages to female employee calling them cutie honey darling he crosses personal boundaries ask invasive personal questions and pressure women for un ethical favors in exchange for hikes or promotion .if you dont comply you are mentally harassed isolated and face termination lossing security deposit this alone enough that the s-xual harassment and unethical approaches inside the company that too from none other than highest official the owner and CEO of the company Rajkumar the ab-user who is already married twice and still ab-use women employee in the name of loyalty for giving them job and promotions .the ug-ly selfish import-ant chea-ter women abu-ser CEO RAJKUMAR the Hr Sylvia his own relative there to protect him not employees ,complaints are ignored no POSH committe exits and women completely unsafe there zero accountablity .All the celebration birthday post team photos and linkedln are staged or forced .employees are manipulated fake 5 star review and made to lie about their exp no payslip no pf salaries are delayed and unpaid ,no career growth promotion are not based on merit only favoritism or unethical compliance even top performers are down through gaslighting blame games except mental exhaustion and no work life balance...Read More
