1. Managers do not check in with you. 2. The management does not know who does what work. They rely on a sheet that is to be filled. 3. There is no room for creativity, it is a mundane robotic task with a few calls here and there. 4. Support from the team is only a namesake. Come an emergency, you will have to handle it yourself. 5. Platforms used like Sprout have SO MANY bugs which you only realise after you are in a crisis. Only join here if you are a fresher, otherwise expectations from you are sky high....Read More
