As an old employee, I can say that this company is a great place to work. The work environment is very positive and supportive, and my colleagues are some of the best people I know. The workplace is so small and congested. It is actually a 2bhk flat that they have occupied with lots of employees. Recruitment process is horrible. They don't even know who they want. They brag about twice the salary they will provide and when you come for the interview they will show you that you have no skill according to their need as if they think everyone has been working their whole life to serve their purpose with the tools and skills they work with. Doesn't matter if you are 1 year or 10 years experienced they will consider you as a fresher by any means forcefully and they don't even consider reading your cv before you go for the interview.
