Tata sky is a transparent company in terms of policies and future plans. Internal job rotation is available and encouraged. Training is undertaken to keep the employees updated. Salary is competitive.

Dislikes

The work pressure depends on the time. During peak season time expect to put in more than 12hours. Though late night travel is reimbursed there is no company transport available for the same.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
