When company has not completed 5 years the work environment was awesome in the great leadership.

Dislikes

Here if you does say yes sir or yes mam then you would not survive in company and you will get promoted if you say sir or mam this is going wrong and then person is near by them so they will find out our mistakes and every time they will troll you in front of the team . Never appreciate the person for good work.

Employees got paid during the lockdown. They took care of both vaccines. Three free drinks and one meal during the shift. Fun if you like talking to people, good for networking.

Dislikes

On paper shifts are 9 hours but we used to work for 12 hours most days. Again, that's a given for QSR in India and compared to others like McD, Domino's etc Starbucks is better in terms of employment opportunities and work benefits. I personally didn't like it cos Operations was not for me and as my store was super busy (understaffed) I didn't get much time to learn anything. It was a very monotonous job...Read More

Amazing culture, company policies, job security and ofcourse 2 week off

Dislikes

Poor management skills of current employees, work life balance is not there at all, managers need to work from home all the time attending calls and different meetings, on off days also

Supported a lot. On time payment also no salary cut.

Dislikes

Partial behavior and politics in organization also groupism on its peak. Appreciating buttering behavior only. All the work is only to show off. Senior management is getting worst day by day. You can only survive if you have a influential GODFATHER within company.
