HR doesn't think before hiring a candidate. They hire and fire very easily. Actually there is a hit and trial method going on in the organisation. It is a shop and not a brand in India.

I am in TCL since march 2016 and the quality of time spent here is define my career growth. Here is a bunch of good colleague with proficient technical skill and very helpful as well.
