The company is mainly working with oil and gas field, so job security is depends on the projects and crude price in the market. positive work culture and supportive management, company policy is good and supportive to employees. Good relation with my boss, especially he was caring me as a younger brother as well as a friend and serious in jobs. so never I feel my job is bored.

Dislikes

Still I like to work in Tecnicas, I left due to Covid issue, still my manager keep in touch with me. recently I joined in another company which is providing more salary better than Tecnicas .
