Literally nothing except there are few good persons in each of the departments they have made. Like I personally got the help and motivation from a number of copywriters who were from my department, but they are the minority here.

Dislikes

Everything. I must say that they understand nothing of Digital Marketing. By luck they have got a few good copywriters, designers, marketers and PMs, but its needless to say that most of them are worse. It won't only discourage you, but also destroy whatever talent you have. If someone personally asks me, how is being there, I wanna reply saying - "Jao toh kabhi Haveli pey, jaa k dekh lo ekbar".
