Management, PL encashment policies. (They give only basics for PL but every company give gross for leave encashment) Managers plays same games to kick off the employees before the appraisal. Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give. HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not) Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time. No good features, they have only BUGS. Good politics. The rankings given to Teradata for its culture and all fails when it comes to management from India. The way I was treated and rewarded and lied by my manager resulted in me leaving my Dream company. Even till my last day I was not updated and confirmed on my appraisals.

Job security is the only factor to work in Teradata.

Salary/appraisal is the biggest dislike factor and sometime I found HR department is not enough strong to take action against your supervisor or lead or manager. Sometime I found even your second level manager is not supporting you, in that case either you have to leave your company or just bear pain and do the work.
