The central school is good at harvesting talent but miserably fails to retain it. It IA struggling hard to improve the KHDA rating, but doesn't care about the mobility of teachers, without sustainable staff, it will always remain a place to experiment and walk away with below expected results.

Dislikes

Very unstable staff, Work hours always exceed your contract. Often you are called for work on weekends and holidays without overtime pay.
