Job security is great here. Salaries received are on time and five-day working culture has been adopted. Team-mates are good here but everyone is into the system politics or favoritism.

Dislikes

The departmental leaders lack motivational skills and all they want employees is to take responsibility for all the tasks of the department. The KRAs are not well defined and employees are asked to shift to any roles and work flexibly which results in a lack of accuracy in specialized tasks. No/less career growth and a lot of favouritisms are followed. Politics played here involves bosses from the top management till the entry-level executives in one game which is worse....Read More
