1. Consistently shifting strategies without accountability - The company struggles with a clear direction, as strategies seem to change every quarter. Unfortunately, none of these plans work, and instead of reflecting on their mistakes, the CEO and CTO shift the blame entirely on to employees. They refuse to take responsibility for their poor decision making. Both leaders have massive egos, acting as though they are running a billion dollar enterprise. They view their company as a blend of Microsoft, Atlasian and Mckinesy rolled into one and believe they know everything there is to know in the world. However, ironically, they seem clueless about basics of growing their own company. This disconnect between their perception and reality only adds to the frustration of employees trying to work under such leadership. 2. Sales in complete disarray - The sales department has been mess since day one. There are only 3 projects that genuinely matter, while rest are small, irrelevent gigs that come through personal connections like family and friends. To make matter worse the CEO and CTO overcommit on every deal, making impossible promises that employees are then forced to deliver on. Naturally, when these project fail, the blame falls on the employees yet again. The sales team has not closed any meaning deals in ages, so there is a little to no scope or learning and growth. You will keep working on same projects over and over again. 3. Impulsive leadership wasting time and resources - The CTO constantly comes up with random, impulsive ideas and immediately jumps into executing them without any proper thought or planning. He seems to believe every idea he has is worth billions, but in reality none of them ever amount to anything. As soon as he gets bored or comes up with new idea he drops the old one entirely. This pattern has led to countless wasted resources time and money. Shockingly, despite being the CTO he has not delivered a single successful project. The CEO, meanwhile, turns a blind eye to all this, and nothing changes because the 2 of them form the core leadership of the company. 4. Leadership prioritises flash over substance - The CEO is easily impressed by employees who know how to put on a show. Those whose can present flashy ideas or make empty promises of big returns quickly becomes his favourites, regardless of weather they deliver actual results. In contrast, employees who work hard and genuinely contribute to the companys success are ignored and under valued. This kind of favouritism creates a toxic work environment where actual performers fill disheartened and unappreciated. 5. Senior hire wrecks process and morale - A Senior leadership hire in the client services team created absolute chaos within the company. Instead of focusing on their role, they brought in irrelevant practices from their previous roles at large corporations, completely disrupting existing processes. This person and his (made) close ally made life difficult for employees, broke the trust of long standing clients and caused many people to resign. They were notorious for playing both the sides--- convincing the CEO that employees were the problem and telling employees that CEO and CTO were incompetent. Ultimately, they contributed nothing to the company, leaving every one frustrated and asking " What is this person even doing here?". 6. Regional bias - The company has a heavy regional bias that makes it difficult for anyone who isnt south indian to thrive. Both the CEO and CTO are south Indian and openly favor employees from their region, often dismissing others as less capable. This bias even extended to hiring practises. CTO's brother who isnt involved in the business technically, recommends friends who are hired without any prior qualification. These individuals are protected and favoured regardless of their performance, while others are left feeling excluded and unsupported. If your are not from south india, be prepared to face targeted criticism and bias, which can make workplace extremely unwelcoming. 7. Beware of manipulative tactics to counter a negative feedback - If you leave an honest review like this, chances are the leadership will share it in internal meetings to figure out who wrote it. They will likely pin the blame on the talent team or other employees and then force people to write glowing reviews to balance out the bad ones. Dont be fooled by any one of those its just damage control. Final Advice - Think twice before joining this company. The toxic leadership, lack of direction, regional favouritism and overall disfunction make it a challenging and frustrating environment for anyone seeking real growth or meaningful work....Read More

All 5 star reviews are fake --There are no pros—any so-called "pros" only benefit them. For example, they promise permanent WFH, but you’ll end up working 24/7. They don’t even give you any company swag, and forget about getting an office laptop—they won’t provide that either.

It is not a company; it’s a family business run by the workspace admin and her husband. You'll always feel under pressure, and you won’t even get time for yourself. They will tear you apart, both mentally and emotionally. In the first six months, they will assign you a trainer who doesn’t even know basic programming. He will shout at you, make fun of you every day, and instead of training, he will demotivate you and disturb your mental peace. you will find your learning zero on spending months, You’ll be required to work at least 12-13 hours a day, and still, your work won’t be completed. If you get selected, I tell you as a friend: please think carefully before joining Thinkbridge. If you are a fresher, crack another company’s interview—don’t even consider joining Thinkbridge. If you join Thinkbridge, they will conduct interviews every 13 days and tests every 3 to 4 days. During the interviews, seniors will make fun of you if you aren’t able to answer their questions, and gossip about you to other interviewers. If you fail any interview, the workspace admin will communicate with you and insult your skill set. The people in charge will shout at you in front of everyone, making you feel dumb. There is no professionalism here. The people in charge make rules as they please and can fire you at any time. They treat you like a robot, assigning work on Saturdays, Sundays, and even on public holidays. They will also make you come to the office on Saturdays. There are no pros to working here. They will promise permanent WFH after 6 months of training, but this means you will be working 24/7 for them, so don’t fall for it. You have to give updates every 2 hours about what you plan to do in the next 2 hours. If you run into a problem and it takes more time than expected, your lead will scold you. There are no activities here except for discussions on "tumhari kaisi li jaye" They gather meetings for this after every interview. There are so many tasks in one day that you can't even finish them. Some of my colleagues have to sleep in the company for a week just to get the job done.
