Job Security is good, apart from that everything is worst.

1. Promotions are only about job titles, not about actual job responsibilities (your work will remain the same and also promotion does not mean that you wil get a salary raise) 2. Management don't offer support when things get tough, and there is no chance to advance your career. 3. Your work life balance depends on which department you're in, and it's getting worse due to internal changes these days. 4. Pay and performance are terrible - everyone gets the same raise regardless of their performace (be it a top performer or the worst one in the team, salary raise is same for both) 5. Despite being an MNC, it feels like working in a startup culture. 6. Almost all the projects are from Nordic region, and customers don't want much direct Contact\Interaction. 7.
