There isn't much to commend. The office receptionist often takes on multiple roles, including being a BBC new reporter for spreading rumors about office employees, DJ, and sometimes even handling HR task, because HR personnel like Rajkumar, Lack a fundamental understanding of HR job profile and tasks. He doesn't even seem to know the meaning of HR. The only positive aspect was that the receptionist played music throughout the office when the directors was absent....Read More

There are many reasons for dissatisfaction, 1. The DGM HR acts as if he is the boss or king of the entire organization, which is very off-putting. 2. The Purchase manager is corrupt; he demands a personal share from every purchase order and doesn't introduce any new vendors. His attitude led to the company firing one seniors employee and another quitting. He believes he knows everything and that the entire organization runs because of him. HR Policies are worst. HR dept is namesake. Doesn't have any say. Salary given on 10th of next month. Increment cycle is April to march. It almost mid July But no decisions taken yet. Old employees inform that u won't have receive until October. That too 50% of actual increment. Balance will be given later. Attrition rate too high. Notice period 3 months. Too much harassment when u resign. Smooth Transition and farewell only if you were puppet or chamchaa of Management....Read More

From year 2022 Quality Assurance Department in Titan Laboratories is very Good..The manpower there is stable because of current QA Head Mr Sonowane..he is very understanding Person..taking everyone's thoughts to solve the problems....Supports all employees in QA well in every aspect.

advice .........Food Facility must provide from Company Food donation is the best donation. If the company gives it, the company will get the blessings of the staff there and the company will grow further.
