They just using young people to grow the company, but there is no future for for us. Every time we have to justify our self.

Dislikes

I am just talking cash services, i dont have experience of other works of Transguard. Supervisor, gives us too much stresses, they recused routes, increase work, all time have makes new SOP's, which can't really work in reality etc. Company is too big no doubt,but management is not helpful.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates supportive and management is no good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in management.salary is decent but career growth is slow.
