Honest review: 1- A lot of work pressure and workload. 1 person tasks = 2 person's tasks they think. 2- Requirements never get clear from client. 3- Manager will never appreciate your efforts. 4- Nobody knows what's going on in project. 5- Very complex tasks there so I doesn't recommend fresher or 2 years experience candidate to join. 6- If you are a married person please think twice before joining this company. Archer manager Dilpreet is the worst, ill-mannered manager I have worked with in my career till now. He made his own rules (tughlaqi farmaan) for the employees in the project and if someone misses something like applying for the leaves or filling of the time-sheet due to excess work load or some other problem. This self obsessed egoistic manager's ego gets hurt and he doesn't approve anything. If you are expecting us to work on weekends and stretch for the day as well then these small things could be done from your end as well.
